Pumpkin seeds do naturally contain omega fatty-acids. However, the process of concentrating the protein to make protein powder, often called "defatting", extracts the oil from pumpkin seeds, essentially removing the omega fatty-acids.

There are some companies who have different methodologies for creating their pumpkin seed protein powders that may preserve omega fatty-acids, but most press the pumpkin seeds in the same defatting process and therefore will not have the omegas. If you are looking for a protein powder with omegas, make certain that you are verifying the company's processing methods.
